Terms and Conditions

• EPOS reseller promotion is available for purchases of EPOS models from an authorised distributor and for invoices over $2,000 AUD during the promotion period from 21 August 2023 - 30 November 2023, the reseller will be eligible for entering the prize draw.

• The authorised distributor: Auroz, FIFTEEN, Leader Computers.

• In order to be eligible for an entry, resellers must submit the online form by 8 December 2023 and provide a scan/photo of each qualifying buy-in invoice (The minimum amount must be $2,000 AUD). Only the resellers who fully and completely meet the promotion requirements will be eligible to enter the prize draw.

• It is the responsibility of the resellers to submit the above claim form on the promotion landing page by 8 December 2023.

• This promotion is for Australian resellers only.

• You are solely responsible for confirming that you have your employer's permission to enrol your organisation in the promotion when you submit the first claim form. Fringe Benefits Tax is the responsibility of the participant. All Participants are responsible for compliance with any and all laws, rules, regulations, employment, contractual limitations, and employer's policies regarding participant's eligibility to participate and/or receive prize(s) in this promotion. If an individual is participating in violation of their employer's policies, that individual and its employer may be disqualified from this promotion and/or from receiving a prize. EPOS disclaims any and all liability or responsibility for disputes arising between an individual and their employer related to this matter.

• You participate in the promotion as an organisation, not by personal name (i.e., any winnings will be allocated to your employer and not to you personally, and it will be up to you employer – in its sole discretion – to offer the reward to an employee of its own choosing).

• We urge you to make sure that your organisation’s participation in the promotion does not contradict or violate any of the internal rules and/or guidelines of your organisation.

• Any Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) liability is the responsibility of the reward recipient and/or their employer.​

• To the extent permitted by law, EPOS is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information associated with or utilised in the incentive.

• If you have been drawn as a winner. The rewards may not be substituted, exchanged, sold or redeemed for cash or other goods or services.

• EPOS reserves the right to withdraw or change this offer at any time, without prior notice.

• Your participation in the promotion starts once you have submitted the online form.

• It is up to EPOS in its sole discretion to determine whether any submitted buy-in information is sufficient to qualify for entering the prize draw under the terms of the incentive.

• Through the resellers’ participation in the promotion, resellers are deemed to have accepted these terms. If a reseller does not wish to accept these terms, they should refrain from participation. If, during the promotion period, the reseller’s status changes so that they are no longer eligible to participate in this promotion, they will be excluded from the promotion.

• EPOS will be collecting personal data about participants, in accordance with its privacy notice. The information you provide will only be used for the purpose of the incentive. By participating in the incentive, the participant agrees to EPOS’ collection and usage of his/her personal information for the purpose of the incentive as set out herein and acknowledges that he/she has read and accepted EPOS’ privacy notice. We will not disclose to any third parties, personal information which relates to you without your prior consent.

Info for the winners

​

• The winner will be notified directly by an EPOS sales representative in the week of 11 December 2023 via direct email.

• For those who are not Melbourne based, travel will take place from 22 January 2024 to 23 January 2024.

• The organisation owner or senior management reserves the right to select who from their organisation will participate and attend the trip.

• The full itinerary will be available after winner RSVP.

• The prize includes flights, accommodation for one night, and dinner at the exclusive Restaurant Superbox on 22 January 2024.

• The return flights and accommodation only apply to those who are not based in Melbourne VIC.

• Spending money, other meals that are not part of the itinerary, taxes, insurance, vaccinations, additional transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges, and all other ancillary costs other than as set out above are not included.

• The promotion prizes are not refundable, replaceable, or transferable for cash, credit, or other prizes under any circumstances.

• Winners and guests acknowledge that they travel at their own risk.

• EPOS will not compensate winners for any unforeseen circumstances, losses or delays incurred during the trip.

• Travel and health insurance is the responsibility of each winner.
